(“LATAM” or “the Company”) (SSE: LTM / NYSE: LTM) along with its consolidated affiliates (“LATAM group”), the leading airline group in Latin America, announces that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 on January 31, 2025 prior to the market opening. The release will be available on the Company’s Investor Relations website: www.latamairlinesgroup.net.

The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results on January 31, 2025, at 8:30 am ET / 10:30 am Santiago.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on January 17, 2025, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on January 31, 2025.
