The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter 2019 financial results on March 4, 2020, at 8:00 am ET.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on February 18, 2020, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on March 3, 2020.
