The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the first quarter 2020 financial results on June 1st, 2020, at 10:00 am ET.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on May 15, 2020, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on May 29, 2020.
