The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the first quarter 2020 financial results on May 6, 2020, at 10:00 am ET.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on April 21, 2020, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on May 5, 2020.
